Do you ship abroad and how much is the shipping?


Yes, that is exactly what we do.

Please note that from May 7, 2013, we only send packages to Russia with tracking and it is no longer possible to choose without tracking.
 


 












Do I have to pay VAT if my country is not a member of the EU?


No, the Danish VAT (25%) will be automatically set to 0% under step 4 (Accept) when you order. Please note that you may have to pay VAT and other taxes in your delivery country.

As soon as you register a delivery country which is not a member of the EU, all prices will be shown without VAT. If you change your delivery country from a country outside of the EU to a country within the EU prices will be 25% higher because VAT is included.







When can I expect to receive my order?

Why did I not receive an order confirmation?



If you did not receive an order confirmation when you placed
your order it may be that you typed a wrong e-mail address.

Please contact us to receive a new confirmation.









 



Can I return my order?


From the date you received your order you have 14 days to return it.
All returns should be sent to:

Denmark

We recommend that you send your returns insured and that you keep
the receipt in case the package disappears since it is your own responsibility
that the package will reach us.

You will be responsible for the return costs.








 



I have not received my shoes, what do I do?


If you have not received your order within the time frame according to the shipping table, please contact us by e-mail.

We attempt to respond to all e-mails within 24 hours.








 



Do you have a service line that I can call?


Currently we are not able to answer international calls, but we answer
most e-mails within 24 hours on week days.








 



Can I track my order?


All express shipping orders have tracking numbers.


It is not possible for the customer to choose if the order is sent with a tracking number or without if standard delivery is chosen.

 

 
What do I do in case of faulty shoes?

In case of any issue, problem our fault on shoes bought at MilkyWalk,
please contact us by e-mail and we will do our best to help you. 

Please do not send the faulty goods to us unless/before we ask you to.
